Pass Through Dehairing and scalding machine with rear eject model SK20 is designed for pigs up to 250kg or the option is available to increase the length to accommodate pigs up to 330kg. This model provides the complete solution to the medium sized abattoir and is capable of scalding, dehairing and cleaning 20 pigs / hour entry from rear, exit to front (pass through)

The bristle screw discards bristles and dirt out of the machine throughout the scalding/dehairing process.
The resulting consistantly high water quality ensures making a higher slaughter capacity per water filling.

Automatically operated lid opener:
After inserting the pigs, the lid closes at the touch of a button and the scalding and dehairing process starts, when the machine stops automatically after the sest time has elapsed (approx 3 minutes) the lid opens, and the pig is ejected by pressing a button.
