 Office Assistant, Internal Sales, Marketing

Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a proactive and driven individual with a sales and marketing passion to provide support to our Sales team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the online store
  • Responding to online queries
  • Booking jobs and leads for the sales team
  • Updating and Uploading new products and descriptions to our website
  • Updating old, and establishing new, product manuals
  • Managing the fortnightly newsletter and promotions and any other marketing/promotional material and campaign 
  • Contacting existing clients to advise of any specials/promotions etc. - no cold calling only working within our client base
  • Communicating and following up with customers regarding the status of their orders
  • Provide administration support for Sales Reps 
  • Managing all social media for the group including and not limited to 

 

    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
    • Twitter
    • Add Words

 

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within budgets
  • Driven, proactive and motivated
  • Intermediate computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Office 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Organised with ability to multi task

The following will be highly advantageous but not critical as onsite training will be provided

  • Exposure to Add words is ideal
  • Previous experience within Sales and/or Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of e marketing and social media
  • Experience in graphic design  
  • Experience with Photoshop, Publisher, PowerPoint, Myob, BigCommerce, Google, Ebay.
